History
FOUNDED IN 1982
Exclusive Repair was founded in 1982 in a small one bay shop on 24th Street. Through honest, affordable repairs and service Exclusive expanded to a larger shop on 55th Street and finally to it’s current location on 44th and Leavenworth. It is now a 4 bay shop with a large comfortable waiting room, the latest factory tools and diagnostic equipment and a separate building to house enough parts to ensure a quick, usually same day, turnaround for your vehicle.
As Honda & Acura have grown thier business and vehicles, so has Exclusive Repair. In the 80’s there were 6 different models available and Exclusive was a 1 man / 1 bay shop. Fast forward to now there are over 30 models and we have 8 full time employees, 4 bays, and work on 40+ vehicles a day!
Reputation
We have built a word of mouth reputation for Honesty, Openness, Nonpareil, Diligent, and Affordable. Our approach to auto repair is different than a majority of other shops and dealerships. All team members are salary based and do not benefit from commissions that can lead to “up-selling” unnecessary services and repairs. By removing commission based pay, team members do not have to worry about how many hours they have sold or need to sell. This in turn leads to teamwork and a better atmosphere. Technicians aren’t afraid to tackle jobs together and teach and learn from each other. They also can stop what they are doing to help answer phones, greet customers, swap a teammates vehicle, etc. This type of atmosphere also leads to treating customers honestly by explaining which repairs are needed today, which ones can we can just keep an eye on, and which are not even necessary!

Took my 2015 Honda crv here for the first time. I was having noises and a little bounce in the front end. First of all, the place is so clean inside the garage, you could eat off the floor. Lol second they send a text with the inspections they did along with photos!!! They do recommendations of what should be done and make notes on if its a must fix or can wait or even if its a safety issue or not. Always a great experience. I’ll be honest, I’ve only needed to have my oil changed here. But the price??? Oh my goodness, please don’t raise it because I said that. However, any other work I do need to have done and cannot complete I will be doing it here. They’ve always given me the best insight on the problems I have had, and NEVER tried to push me to get it done today. Or talk me into something I don’t need. Honest and respectable place for sure.

Recently used exclusive repair for the first time after reading the numerous positive reviews. The staff were wonderful, very pleasant, prompt in their assistance, and overall a pleasure to work with! Pricing was reasonable and they brought up additional discounts I qualified for based on employment. I would highly recommend taking your Honda here!

This is the first time I’ve been to Exclusive Repair after finding a recommendation online. My Honda Accord needed fuel injectors replaced and it seemed like every other service place was either overpriced or booked up for weeks. Exclusive Repair was able to get the work done very quickly at a reasonable price. They were transparent and their communication was excellent. They are a great example of how a business should be run.

I love Exclusive Repair! They’re always thorough, and they make taking my car in completely seamless. Their texting system is so convenient, and I really appreciate the detailed vehicle inspection with photos, clear explanations, and pricing included. As a teacher, I can’t always go back and forth on the phone about issues and estimates, so this system is a huge help. I also love that I can drop off and pick up my car after hours. It makes everything so easy and hassle-free!

These guys are awesome. My 2003 civic had been sitting for a little over 2 years and the kind of work it needed had me thinking that I was going to be walking for a while or that I would be buying a bicycle, but the guys at Exclusive worked with me and got the car in safe drivable condition, and they went above and beyond with the services performed and did extra things that I didnt even expect them to do and didn't charge me for it. They have top notch service, advice and pricing. They also always do a full inspection of your vehicle and provide a breakdown of what repairs you might need and what you have had done in the past. I recently went there to replace both of my headlight bulbs, and they did it for free in about 5 minutes.

Took my 2003 crv to the west location for work which I feared was getting beyond me. They took care of my problem in a way much better than they had to. I can see going there again if work is needed.

I’m always a little nervous about car repairs since I know so little about cars, but Exclusive Repair has been straightforward and honest every time. Over the past two years, they’ve worked on both my Pilot and CR-V and consistently provided clear explanations and fair pricing. They’ve helped diagnose issues with the A/C, auto idle start, and keyless remote, and even pointed me toward warranty or recall coverage through Honda when applicable. I’ll stick with Hondas in the future just so I can keep coming back to this shop!
